You’ll be a mid to senior level recruitment professional based in the UK or Europe. You will be committed to high value, permanent or interim placements and have some experience of selling retained recruitment solutions too. Or perhaps a consistent track record of successful contingent placements at senior management level.
Key role knowledge / skills and experience
- Exceptional relationship building and influencing ability plus a high-level of drive, entrepreneurial mind-set plus senior client facing experience
- Naturally collaborative, solutions-led and team-orientated
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
- Already possess, or has the aptitude to develop a strategic approach to business development
It’s preferable and desirable that applicants have sector or functional experience within one or more of our chosen markets: Aerospace and rail, automotive, defence, industrial, infrastructure, packaging, renewable energy and technology.
